Pumpkin

Following his accident Pumpkin had to have life saving surgery to pin his spine, and later had to have his tail amputated as it was causing issues. With the help of his loving family Pumpkin gradually made a fairly good recovery and gained some mobility back, but was sadly left incontinent with no control over his bladder or bowel movements. After 5 months of special care, sadly Pumpkins family were no longer able to fulfil his needs long term so reached out to HCCF.

Pumpkin is currently living with one of our fosterers, Pui, and has settled in beautifully, he is now enjoying a fresh raw diet with multiple supplements to support his joint health and mobility and urinary health.

Pumpkin has to have his bladder and bowels manually expressed several times a day by his foster mom, but he does still leak urine so he has no been nappy trained and he wears them every day whilst exploring around the house.
